Underground heated parking, lodge meeting / tv room, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this superbly located ski-in/ski-out complex. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Guests also enjoy the gas fireplace, granite countertops and high-speed internet that this lovely 3 bedroom has to offer. Town and ski area buses stop right at the base of the chairlift also.
Home is also a wonderful summer get-away. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the stream running past the building. Access to hiking trails right from the building. Backs to wet lands for quiet and peaceful mountain experience, yet just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge to enjoy the orchestra, summer festivals, fine dining and shopping.

NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Hi! We live in Conifer CO so Breckenridge is a pretty quick drive through Fairplay and over Hoosier Pass. We love the quaint and historical feel of Breckenridge and my husband grew up in Summit County skiing and sailing in Frisco/Dillon so Summit County feels like home. We have 3 kids, the youngest of which just left for CSU in Ft. Collins so we have joined the 'empty-nester' group...it seemed so far away but has happened quickly. All 3 of our kids snowboard and have loved the convenience of our ski in / ski out condo. We are sure you will too!
Why Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge:
We looked at alot of properties in Breckenridge and decided we wanted a true ski in / ski out location. Being next to the Snowflake Lift is such a great feature! We also like the location of our condo because the river runs behind us making it a beautiful summer location too. There is a great hiking trail along the river. The Riverwalk center where many concerts and events like the annaul ice sculpture contest are held is a quick walk down the hill from our condo. The buses run frequently which is also a great convenience. Breckenridge has great restaurants and lots of activities year round.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo has a great, roomy floor plan and is tastefully decorated. We like being an end unit which allows us to have decks for both master bedrooms. The heated covered parking is unique to our building. Of course, having a chairlift right outside the building is a wonderful convenience, making getting up to the slopes much quicker. You can buy lift tickets and rent ski gear right next door at The Blue Sky Lodge and then jump on the lift. In our building you will enjoy the workout room, wet/dry saunas and the indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

No Smoking. No Pets. Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. Condo does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. One time cleaning fee of $150 applies to each reservation. Check-out time of 10:00 AM is strictly adhered to as we need time to prepare this home for our next guests, many of which will arrive the same day as a previous guest departure. As such, a $100 fine will be assessed for any late check-outs. Keys must be returned to lockbox for check-out. A $25 charge will be assessed per each key that is not returned. This is a non-smoking unit. A minimum of $150 will be charged for smoking. Additional charges may apply if carpets, drapes and/or bedding need to be professionally cleaned. No skis/boots permitted in unit. Please utilize the ski lockers. Thank you! Enjoy your stay!
